A Cyrix based alternator charger will only be able to bring a house battery bank up to about 80% State Of Charge.

LED indicator meaning:OFF – No batteries detected
Rapid Flash – Only one battery detected
Slow Flash – Batteries detected, but not connected
Solid (or fluttering) – Batteries connected

When a Cyrix would close:
13,4 V < V < 13,7 V: 120 s
13,7 V < V < 13,9 V: 30 s
V > 13,9 V: 4 s

When a Cyrix would open:
13,3 V < V < 13,2 V: 10 s
V < 13,2 V: immediate

The Boost feature of this kit will contribute current to an ignition, but depending on the size of your lithium battery bank and health of your starter battery, it may not be enough to actually start your ignition.
