Zamp two to one ATP series combiner cable adapter specifically designed to series connect to ATP style panels
Combiner and Roof Penetration Options
A combiner box houses the parallel connections that are necessary when multiple solar panels are used in a system. A combiner box also provides an easy access point for future panel additions and is typically located near or over the roof penetration. The weather tight strain reliefs used in the connections to the combiner boxes come with the SunRunner Panel Kits or can be purchased separately. With just one or two panels it may make sense to use MC4 connectors and a clamshell to cover the roof penetration.

Dimensions: H 1.9" x W 11.61" x D 5.87"
This connector set combines the MC-4 type cable outputs of two solar panels in parallel.
A waterproof (IPX6 & IPX7 rating) cable routing device with a UV stable Glass Filled ABS plastic housing. Common applications for this cable gland are to accommodate one of our 10/2 duplex roof cables, or 2 x 10GA PV cables, or 2 x 8GA PV for a waterproof roof penetration. Maximum roof hole 1.25", Maximum cable size .59"
The clamshell is used on Essential kits to cover a roof penetration when not using a standard combiner box.

External Receptacles
External Receptacles are ideal for single panel or portable panel systems where the panel isn't permanently attached.
Ideal for adding a mobile panel. This port attached to the external wall or roof of an RV and is compatible with Zamp connectors.
Splice this connector onto the battery side of factory pre-wire leads or the AM Solar roof cable. The connector is compatible with Zamp equipment.
The heavy duty design and locking connection make this receptacle ideal for mounting to the outside of a vehicle for connecting to a portable panel system. Only mates with Extension Cord Plug for Panel (Female)
Zamp’s bracketed SAE solar port is weather resistant and designed to be mounted on a towbar or bumper. Connect it to your battery with the included inline fuse and 12 AWG wire with ring terminals.
This port is compatible with any Zamp Solar SAE plug.
Panel Cable Plugs
Panel Cable Plugs are ideal for portable panels or panels that aren't permanently mounted.
This kit allows Zamp panels to connect to the AM Solar combiner box. Updated design has more weatherproofing.
Splice this connector onto solar panel leads or the AM Solar roof cable. The connector is compatible with Zamp pre-wire systems.
The heavy duty design and locking connection make this plug ideal for splicing onto the leads of a portable panel system. Only mates with Wall Mount Receptacle for Portable Panels (Male)
Strain Reliefs
Strain reliefs allow cables to enter or exit the combiner box while preserving a weathertight seal. Strain reliefs can be used for the standard 10/2 roof cable, MC4 solar cable or system core cable exiting the combiner box and going down a vent.
This kit contains all the hardware needed to manage a 10/2 solar panel cable and connect it into a combiner box.
This part enables a liquid tight seal for our custom 10/2 roof cable entering a combiner box or a single conductor exiting a combiner box. Can also be used for 2ga output cables. Cable Range of .230"-.546"
This part enables a liquid tight seal for the positive and negative leads of 10ga. PV wire entering our combiner box from the solar panel. The weather tight gland has 2 holes which will accommodate wire from .25-.27" in diameter.
This part enables a liquid tight seal for our 6ga through 4ga cable exiting a combiner box when not using a roof penetration. Cable Range of .170"-.450"
Roof Wire Splices
Roof cable can be attached to a solar panel by two methods, cut the factory lead(s) off and directly splice to 10/2 roof cable (which may void the solar panel warranty), or keep the MC4 connectors and use additional MC4 connectors to attach to roof cable.
This kit contains everything you need to attach our 10/2 UV resistant output cable to a standard solar panel.
Add MC-4-comparable connectors with a simple butt splice and heat shrink.
This kit allows Zamp panels with ATP connectors to splice onto 10ga cable.
Roof Splice Components
Splices are an alternative to MC4 connectors. The roof wire attachment points keep wire runs neat.
This kit is used when connecting the AC cables in a Magnum inverter system.
Use multiple Roof Wire Attachment Points to secure the 10/2 cable between your Solar Panel and the Combiner Box. Once in place, bury the assembly in Dicor sealant to protect it from the elements.
Roof Cable
Roof wire comes in two varieties, the round cable for entering combiner boxes and the dual cables for smaller systems using clamshells. Remember: Black is Positive and White is Negative.
Custom designed for AM Solar with a UV resistant jacket and a round profile that creates a tight seal through a liquid tight strain relief, this cable goes from solar panels to the combiner box.
Sold by the foot
Used to make MC-4 extension cable from solar panels to a combiner box or charge controller. Sunlight & moisture resistant, flexible (19 copper strands), .265” diameter.
Sold as black wire by the foot.
